We've really enjoyed working with Tony. He is a natural mentor. He has excellent insight into what it takes to be a successful real estate investor. He is straightforward to work with and has made overcoming some of the beginner's roadblocks easy for us. Tony provides perspective, motivation, tools, and the skills needed to get deals. We don't have a deal yet, but we are just beginning. We are rapidly obtaining a greater perspective of what it will take to get us where we want to be.

I have been in real estate for 20 years as an agent and fix and flips (rehabs). I was looking for additional buying strategies and the guidance to get in deals zero or low money down, and to learn how to do owner finance deals. Tony taught me to think outside the box. The win I would like to share is the purchase & successful closing of a waterfront flip in good condition that only needs a light rehab. Before learning this style of investing, I really thought that I HAD to have Money and Credit to get into the investing side of the business, and I found out that this was not true. I highly recommend to learn and use the scripts as they are and don't try to reinvent what works. After working on a deal for longer than I wanted, I was able to get my first official deal done. I was able to get my first deal done! A Wholesale deal & I made $15,000! This can be a great place to be you just need to find someone that you connect with and trust your gut. Before I started learning about Real Estate investing, my thoughts were: Go to school, get a degree, find a job, and work hard. In order to buy a House, you need to be qualified by the Bank. Every time I talked to friends or family members about Investing in Real Estate, they always said: "YOU NEED TO HAVE A LOOOT OF MONEY!" Do you think we don't know that????? I started wholesaling full time in 2014. I did my first fix n flip in 2016. Just did my first terms deal last month. THANKS TONY! Tony has walked me through how to close seller financing deals correctly while exposing myself and my company to the least amount of risk as possible. He also helped me vet the closing staff at the title company we used for our first terms closing. There have been several choice nugz Tony has bestowed upon me. One of them was when he broke me off with some game about naming my trust to reflect the name of the seller when intending to hold a terms purchase short term. BOOM! Talk to Big T, he is a treasure trove of knowledge and wisdom. Do yourself a favor and wear your game face, because even though Tony likes to have fun and laugh, he also takes your success VERY seriously!

Before I started with Tony Pearl, I had a TON of knowledge and training that I was not using and basically gave up.
