Need to Cancel a Mentor Call?
Here’s Our Call Cancellation Policy

Ok, I get it. Life happens, and occasionally, something might come up that prevents you from getting on your normally-scheduled mentor call time with me.

    I’m not mad about it…UNLESS!

As you know, I take my role as your mentor very seriously. I show up to our mentor calls on time, ready to deliver the goods.

So if you’re not there, I wait for you. If you don’t show up within 5 minutes, I send a courtesy email reminder. If you still don’t show up, I start to worry, like a parent. I send out a search team. And smoke signals. And if you still just don’t show up after 10-15 minutes, I hang up. And then you get temporarily added to my shit list. The way you would get off of that list is to provide me a valid reason for not showing up.

If you let me know with at least 3+ hours’ advance notice, you may reschedule your mentor call.
And if that’s the case, you may reschedule by using this link:

https://yourrealestatecourse.com/appointment

…But if you DON’T give me enough advance notice OR if you just don’t show up, you will have LOST that mentor call.

If there’s a valid reason, I may make a ONE-TIME exception for you – the FIRST time it happens ONLY.

Please don’t let that happen! If you need to cancel a call, just send me an email ahead of time, letting me know what’s going on. You could even click that link to create a custom email I set up for you for that purpose. Again, I need at least a 3 hour notice.

If you email me like 15 or 60 minutes before our appointment & ask to reschedule because ‘something came up,’ please understand if I don’t approve your reschedule request. With that short notice, it’s just not fair.

A popular question I occasionally get is, “Tony, I (insert reason here), how about we just skip our call today and have it next week?”
This is basically asking me to extend the length of the mentor program, so the answer to that question is: NO!!
Unfortunately, that is NOT how the mentor program is designed!
We have a time guideline that is established & we must do everything we can to adhere to it. Plus, if we made an exception for everyone that wanted to do this, it would screw up everything.

Therefore, please understand that the policy is that we do NOT extend the time (with rare exceptions).
If you need to miss a mentor call because of a time conflict, and assuming enough advance notice is given (min. 3 hours), you may either reschedule it for later that day or that week or you will lose that call.

Again: ANY CALL MISSED & RESCHEDULED MUST BE MADE UP WITHIN THE SAME WEEK. NO Exceptions!

I hope this helps you understand what to do in case something comes up. And I hope that you see how I’m trying to keep this fair for everyone here. If you have any questions, please let me know.   And remember, I’m always available by email to support you.

Thank you for your understanding of this policy. I appreciate you & I appreciate you making your mentor calls on time! 🙂

Respectfully,

Tony Pearl
