It's important to understand that we NOT be focusing on Multi-units, Commercial deals, Vacant land, Strip malls, Small or large apartment buildings, etc.
These are not part of the mentoring program as it's designed.
Although we can certainly discuss these things on our calls as needed, we won't be focusing on these types of deals.
Our primary focus will be on RESIDENTIAL real estate: Single Family Houses, Townhouses, or Condos, ok?
